Moving to the afternoon, attendees took advantage of the Solution Center where they had the opportunity to explore our solutions deeper and ask questions in a 1-1 setting with Softeon’s experts. Next, they had the choice of attending three of six breakout sessions. The sessions covered:

    • Closing the Execution Gap: Turning Labor Plans into Hourly Action (Takt) – Closing the warehouse labor execution gap and turning better planning into real, on-the-floor performance

The breakout sessions sparked valuable conversations and knowledge-sharing between both customers and partners in an intimate setting.

The day wrapped with a look at how Softeon is improving customer support. The focus is on faster resolution times, clearer communication, and smoother workflows, without losing the human touch. The team shared how they’re reducing bottlenecks, connecting tools, and using feedback to keep improving. It closed with a panel of Softeon experts discussing how self-service is evolving with the Claude AI agent. It helps teams find answers faster, simplify daily work, and make more confident decisions.

After a full day of learning, attendees enjoyed an evening at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center – National Air and Space Museum. The evening included remarks from Nicole Stott, who spoke about her book Back to Earth: What Life in Space Taught Me About Our Home Planet – And Our Mission to Protect It. She shared how her time in space changed the way she thinks about teamwork, creativity, and caring for the planet. Afterward, guests explored the Museum, taking in iconic aircraft and space artifacts while continuing conversations in a setting that fit the night’s focus on “innovation and exploration “Innovation Takes Flight.”

Day 3: Closing with a focus on empowering customers and partners

The final day kicked off with Daniel Gagnon of The Lumens Group, who opened with a look at the bigger forces reshaping healthcare logistics. He pointed to shifts in disease, growing environmental pressure, an aging workforce, and rapid advances in technology all hitting at once. The takeaway was simple: the supply chains that worked in the past won’t be enough going forward, and companies need to rethink how they operate to keep up.

That was followed by Kevin Miller from IFS, who focused on what change looks like in practice. He walked through how Industrial AI is being used to handle disruptions, adjust labor and inventory in real time, and keep operations running smoothly. The session stayed grounded in real examples, showing what’s working today and how teams are putting it into action.

After that, breakout sessions focused on the real-world side of things. The conversations were practical and straightforward, centered on what teams are dealing with day to day and how they’re working through it. It was a chance to hear what’s actually working and take away ideas that can be applied right away.

    Sessions included:

    • The Intelligent Supply Chain: How AWS is Connecting the Warehouse to the Enterprise, presented by AWS – Using AI and machine learning to connect systems and optimize the full supply chain
    • The Network Advantage: How SPS Powers Your Business Across the Supply Chain, presented by SPS Commerce – Moving beyond EDI with smarter, more connected supply chain operations
    • Mission Possible: Completing Our First WMS Installation in Under 5 Months and Charting the Path for 25 More Sites, presented by Alpine and IFS Softeon – Avoiding pitfalls to scale WMS across multiple sites successfully
    • Navigating the Upgrade to Standard Product: A Real-World Case Study, presented by Flex Logistics and IFS Softeon – Planning a smoother WMS upgrade with real-world insights

The second-to-last session of the day on the main stage looked at how AI is starting to show up in real ways across the Softeon platform. The team shared updates on SAIL, along with how Claude is helping people find answers faster and make decisions more quickly. They also walked through how AI-driven agents are being used on the warehouse floor to support teams and keep things moving. Real examples helped bring it to life, showing where it’s already making a difference.

The event’s closing session featured an engaging IFS Softeon panel, with CEO Jim Hoefflin, CRO Patrick Maley, CTO Mark Fralick, VP Solution Delivery Brian Pier, VP Product Management Suresh Bhaskaran, VP Account Management Jack O’Malley who offered insights and answered questions the audience had around navigating today’s challenges, optimizing labor, using data more effectively, and exploring how AI can support future success.
