Warehouse Management System (WMS):
Complete support of the demand-driven model of the high-tech industry. Dynamically reconfigures warehouse activities based on push and pull signals from ERP in real time. WMS provides extended visibility beyond the warehouse facility to other nodes of the supply chain including vendor managed inventory (VMI) capabilities.
Assembly & Kitting Management System (AMS):
Adaptable functions and components to support variation in assembly & kitting processes for the high tech industry. Orchestrates just-in-time assembly of components and deliveries to the product assembly line based on demand signal from ERP while maintaining optimal inventory throughout the supply chain.
Distributed Order Management System (DOM):
Orchestrates event flows between manufacturing and warehouse processes. Routes planned and on-demand manufacturing events to manufacturing nodes and ASNs to warehouse nodes when finished goods are shipped from manufacturing. When goods are received in the warehouse, back orders for the finished goods are automatically allocated and released to the warehouse. Allocation strategies are based on available, expected or in-transit inventory.
Returns Process Management (RPM):
Rule-driven support of a variety of configurable workflows to optimally process returns from diverse channels. Piece-level tracking features enable comprehensive track and trace capability throughout the supply chain. Real-time visibility and rule-based capabilities dynamically evaluates return product attributes and condition to determine disposition and destination.
