COVID-19 Update from Softeon

The COVID-19 pandemic across the globe has moved all of us into uncharted territory, with impacts on our families, communities, clients, and businesses. Now, more than ever, we have to work together to overcome this pandemic and emerge as stronger communities.

At Softeon, our valued customers always come first - and the COVID-19 crisis hasn't changed that. We will continue to serve all of our customers to the best of our ability. 

The health of our team members is also equally important. Our entire global staff will be working from home, respecting the guidelines and mandates from the respective federal, regional and local administrative authorities. 

We are operating in full BCP mode and don't anticipate any constraints in supporting our customers. We also recognize some of our customers operate in the more critical Supply Chain space, such as Grocery, Logistics, and Pharma. These supply chains are now needed more than ever to support our communities. Please be assured that Softeon will do everything feasible to ensure the business continuity in these trying times.

Softeon has been closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and its effect on our operations and our clients’ businesses. We have enabled our business continuity plan (BCP), monitoring the global situation as it unfolds and safeguard the health of our employees and customers. We are currently maintaining normal operating levels across the regions and committed to meeting all project deadlines to the greatest extent possible.

Softeon’s leadership team is actively taking steps to ensure that we are able to effectively support our customers around the world. We are also validating and reinforcing our communications infrastructure to ensure that we can provide our employees a robust and sustained remote working environment. 

We provide our team members with regular updates on COVID-19 news and have informed them of the steps they can take to protect their health. We have suspended all non-essential business travel through April 5,2020. Will keep updating this page as events unfold.
