ASRS Control

The system interfaces with ASRS (Automatic Storage and Retrieval Systems) to place and retrieve pallets on multi-tier bins, typically used to improve efficiency and space utilization, and to error-proof warehouse operations

VNA Operation

We support VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) operation to optimize space utilization and operation efficiency. Putaway and picking operations are optimized using interleaved task management. Based on the current location of a putaway operator, and evaluating the proximity of pick locations, the next pick task is assigned to optimize travel distance

Conveyor Systems

Our solution interfaces with sortation conveyors in order to automate carton diversion to specific spur lanes that are mapped to truck routes. We also support extensive message-based protocols to interact with MHE controllers. Real-time visibility of the completion percentage and exceptions are also provided

Light Directed Operation

The system interfaces with light controllers to implement light-directed operations such as "pick to light" and "put to light," optimizing product-ivity and minimizing errors in the picking process.

Weight Auditing

Softeon solutions interface with scale controllers to improve shipment accuracy. The interface service captures the actual weight of shipment from the scale controller and evaluates the variance between expected versus actual weight to validate shipments. Our system will direct rejected shipments to a reject lane and divert valid shipments to spur lanes that are mapped to target carriers
