Softeon's ETL agents can be configured to process at pre-configured times or based on an event. This event can be the arrival of a file in an inbound folder or system-generated events. Almost all functions of the system are capable of generating events based on the normal completion or exception case of a process (for example, some of our customers require transmission level acknowledgment after processing the file). Report status UI provides the current status of the report execution. For some of our customers, report generation is done on a batch-server, or on a separate report server hosted on an application server container such as Weblogic, Websphere, etc.
