Iterative Solution Realization

Softeon's solution handles the supply chain planning and execution needs of many business verticals, and our component design helps us to rapidly extend and enhance features that are unique to each customer's process flow. Softeon's engineering methodology uses Iterative Solution Realization to configure, customize or develop specific functionality that allows us to rapidly converge on the final solution. The basic idea behind our iterative model is to build solutions incrementally, allowing the system architects to build from existing components to deliver an iterative solution for customer testing, reducing the risk of schedule/cost overruns and hastening the adoption of the solution by the users. Improvements and enhancements are made and new functional capabilities are added at each stage of the process.

Softeon will configure, customize (only if needed) and integrate components from various modules of the product suite in order to build a specific solution that meets the customer solution

requirements. Our project team will perform exhaustive testing of each software component before implementation. Unit/system testing will be done at Softeon's solution center. We will work with customer representatives to come up with a test plan and will also support integration and acceptance testing by the customer, executed in a target environment context. The customer representative will be responsible for scheduling the appropriate functional, technical and operational users of the solution.
