Softeon R&D Center Earns CMM Level 3 Certification
Softeon is proud to announce the SEI CMM Level 3 certification of its R&D center in Chennai, India. This honor reiterates our commitment to the development of world-class products of the highest quality, using processes that are now being recognized as compliant with world-standards.
The CMM (Capability Maturity Model) was developed by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie-Mellon University in order to set standards for the quality of software development.
Level 3 describes an organization with a defined and repeatable process maturity. The Key Process Areas associated with this level are Organization Process Focus, Organizational Process Definition, Training Program, Integrated Software Management, Software Product Engineering, Intergroup Coordination and Peer Reviews.
